At our studio, we care about art education and the impact that visual arts have in children's creative development. We want to meet that demand with our new Art Program, designed to enrich your child's education with art curriculum! This course is for all ages, no matter what past experiences or skill levels. We take Visual Art and simplify it into an easy method for kids to learn multiple media application and best practices, such as drawing and painting, sculpture, construction and design. The curriculum is designed for entry level exposure to the visual arts, so that your child can be inspired to reach new levels of creative expression.

Block PROGRAM Overview:
This is a structured course (4 weeks) with planned curriculum each day, on the same day every week. Your child can focus on one medium, such as painting lessons, in which they build their education over 4 weeks; or get a more well rounded art education with the mixed media option, and learn different mediums each week. Each week will build on the last week, and an Art Instructor will guide the course so your child can get personalized attention and guidance, based on their foundational skills. You can sign up more than one child in the same course day/time, we also have a sibling discount!
Recommended ages: 6 - 12.

CURRICULUM:
Choose one:
-Drawing only (graphite, oil pastel, technique, shading, value, application, etc.)
-Painting only (acrylic, watercolor, paint pour, color mixing, brush techniques, etc.)
-Sculpture only (origami, clay, construction, mosaic, etc.)
-Mixed Media only: (found materials, up-cycling, stencils, typography, illustration etc.)
-Blended: (some of each program, drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media)
-COST: $200/block (total for 4 weeks)
($25 OFF for sibling enrollment)
For every 3 (4 week) blocks you sign up for, you get the 4th block 50% OFF!

Drawing & shading, learn value by drawing everyday objects.

Oil pastel and blending to create a landscape.

Learn paint pour with acrylic on canvas and monochromatic color schemes.

Painting from life: create a painting using everyday objects.
SCULPTURE:

The art of Origami and paper folding.

Use clay to create sculptures, both free form and functional.

Mosaics: reassemble colored pieces of construction paper to create a new image.
