ABOUT OUR ADULT PAINTING PARTIES - WHAT TO EXPECT Book a party for your special occasion or event! These parties are great for corporate/team building events, celebrations, anniversaries, bachelorette parties or ladies nights! Choose your featured painting and an art instructor will lead while everyone follows along to create the same painting. You will get guided, step by step instructions with a blank canvas, and love what you create! No art experience required, anyone can paint! Reserve our private party room for 2 hours, all art supplies are included, and you are welcome to bring outside food or catering. Recommended ages 13 and up. WHAT'S INCLUDED: -All art supplies -Large canvas (12x16) -Step by step instructions -Party room reservation (2 hours) -All painters learn the same image -Reserved tables based on party size -Reserved food table -25% OFF any snacks/drinks from our cafe PRICING INFO: Parties are priced per person, with a minimum cost of 8 painters. A deposit is required to book, and goes towards your total cost. The remainder of the cost will be paid the day of the party, depending on how many actually attend. Members receive 15% off, applied the day of the party. Please let us know about your membership rate when submitting the remainder of the payment. Try our optional Wine Tasting Add-on! You can provide a fun and exciting Wine-tasting experience for your guests, which includes: -wine tasting up to 5oz per person -4 different wines to sample -wine tasting snacks -20 minute educational presentation about wine composition and food pairing ALL GUESTS MUST be 21 or older to include this experience! Add-on is $10/painter *Please note: We do not have any fridge/freezer space for food or ice cream cakes. Please plan to bring frozen items in a portable cooler or after the painting part has ended. Any party decorations, tablecloths, or eating and serving utensils will also need to be brought by the party host, thank you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! If you are unable to host your private party, please notify our staff at (801) 810-7048, and we will work with you to reschedule your party at a future date, and will keep your info and payment on file for next time. Due to limited availability, we cannot offer any refunds for party cancellations. Parties cancelled less than 7 days before their scheduled time will also forfeit the deposit. Please make every effort to inform us of your cancellation before the day of your party. If you cancel your party and do not set up for a future date, we cannot return the deposit. This includes cancellations due to Covid exposure, inclement weather, traffic, guest cancellations or any other last minute schedule changes. Please note: if you are booking a party with a minimum requirement, and your final guest count comes to less than 8 painters, we can still host your party but we will charge the minimum price for 8 painters.
