All tickets are delivered electronically via email. Please be prepared to present a printed version of your ticket or an electronic copy of the ticket on your mobile phone. In the event you do not receive your ticket via email, or if there is any question about your eligibility, please first check your spam or junk folder in your e-mail inbox. Make sure to enter your e-mail address correctly at checkout, as incomplete entries can result in lost tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please get in touch with us. We will either re-send your tickets to you through e-mail, or be prepared to provide another form of identification such as a driver’s license or the credit card with which the ticket was purchased when you arrive.
Transfer of Tickets
You can transfer your ticket to someone else prior to the event. Please call and notify us of any transfers and the name of the new attendee who will be taking your place at your event.
Seating and attending as a Group
We guarantee that everyone who has purchased a ticket through our online ticketing system will be able to attend and be seated at the event. Depending on the event format, we may not be able to keep everyone in their party together. It may be necessary to separate large groups into smaller ones or have individuals sit with others at a shared table. However, we make every effort to accommodate people and ensure that their party can be kept together. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance at email@example.com or at (801) 810-7048 for any seating arrangements you would like to have. You can also make a request for seating next to your friends or family in your comments section at the time of purchase. We cannot guarantee it but we can usually make it happen.
Refunds and Exchanges
Time, planning and resources go into scheduling public events. Because of this, there are no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. We realize that a situation may arise that would prohibit a patron from attending an event for which tickets have already been purchased. If you are unable to attend an event please call (801) 810-7048 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event taking place. Once your situation has been reviewed, we will make a determination, on a case-by-case basis, as to how to handle the transaction. In most cases, we can offer store credit, or a voucher, for you to use for any future events.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
In the chance that your Event will need to be cancelled and rescheduled, due to bad weather or other such unforeseen situations, we will automatically provide you a voucher to let you reschedule yourself to the new date of the Event when it is posted. If you are cancelling due to personal reasons and are unable to attend the event, you also may use the voucher to reschedule for any other Event. Customer cancellations due to weather, traffic, availability, schedule changes or other reasons are not refundable, and must be rescheduled for a future event. If an Event cannot be rescheduled and must be cancelled we will attempt to contact you to inform you of exchange procedures for that event. If you cancel your registration before your event, you can voucher your ticket for another day by contacting our staff to assist you. Tickets cannot be vouchered or refunded after the event has ended, or if you do not notify us of your absence ahead of time. Please make every effort to call/text/e-mail our staff if you know you will not be able to attend your event.
Our Painter’s Membership is designed to save customers money on frequent purchases, and for those who try a variety of services with us. Because the Membership is billed annually, all sales are final, and no refunds can be issued after any benefits are used. Benefits include discount admission for Open Paint, discounts for classes and parties, discounts for the purchase of painting kits, retail items or any other cafe items, and any possible admissions granted free of charge at the start of your membership. If you request to cancel your membership, you can do so at any time, but no refunds on the annual membership will be given, and benefits will not continue for the remainder of the year. Members can also renew their membership at any time, and purchase a new annual membership starting on the date of purchase and one year after. Membership benefits cannot be used or transferred to non-members. Membership benefits can include immediate family members up to 8 people, main member must be present for the transaction for in-person visits. Priced at $59 per year, billed annually. By signing up for this membership, you agree to pay the full amount for the year of enrollment, regardless if benefits are used. You also agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. Refunds will not be issued after benefits are used at any given time, or for any other reason. Members must enroll in auto payments to participate. By signing up to be a member, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Private Parties and Private Events
When booking a party or private event, you must reserve the day and time of your choosing by putting down a deposit. This deposit holds your spot so that no one else can book it. It also goes towards your party total, and is not added as an extra fee. Once your reservation is finalized, and the deposit collected, you should receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you provided to us. If you do not receive an e-mail, or if you did not pay the deposit, your party is not yet booked and you should contact our staff to finalize your reservation. Party and private event bookings require a minimum seat purchase of eight painters, the deposit amount counts for four of these.
You may move or reschedule your party up to one week prior to the start of your original date, as long as the new date does not conflict with other scheduled parties. If you cancel less than a week before your party, don't show up for your party or do not communicate with our staff about your cancellation, your deposit will not be returned to you. Our party booking slots are limited and in high demand, and are not expected to re-book with last minute cancelations. If you still decide to cancel your party, there are other options for you. We can help you to reschedule for a future date that works for your party needs. You can also use the deposit for store credit/voucher at a future event. If your actual party guest count does not meet the minimum required number of painters, your party will not be cancelled, but we will still charge the minimum amount. Please make every effort to fill your minimum number of seats, and remember, adults can paint too!
If you are scheduling a private party in our Party Room, and all your guests are 21 and over, you may bring your own alcohol. Any alcoholic beverages must be served by the party guests, and you (as the party host) are responsible for all your party guests. Easely Art Studio is not responsible for any of your guests who many become intoxicated, guests who attempt to drive while under the influence, or service of alcohol to underage guests. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to enter the Party Room if alcohol is being served.
For publicly hosted events by Easely Art Studio, if there is an educational wine class occurring, minors are NOT allowed to join the class. According to the laws of Utah and the DABC, no one under the age of 21 may attend an event if alcoholic beverages are being served. These 21 and over events will be clearly labeled in our calendar, and all registrant IDs will be checked at the door before every wine tasting event. For these events, alcohol will be provided in portioned glasses of 5oz of wine, 5oz of champagne or 1 bottle of beer (based on available supplies at hand) per person, no outside alcohol is permitted during these events.
Participation in any Adult or Children Events
It is the intent of Easely Art Studio to provide a creative, safe, productive and positive learning environments for all of our customers. This includes eliminating disruptive behavior so that all participating painters can enjoy their time in the studio. Disruptive behavior will not be condoned and I understand and allow Easely Art Studio staff members to determine on their own if myself or my child must be removed from any participating event because of disruptive behavior.
I understand that if myself or my child participates in any event at Easely Art Studio and I agree to RELEASE from LIABILITY, INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS Easely Art Studio, its owners, employees and all persons participating at Easely Art Studio will not be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by any activity participated by myself or my child. I understand also that I, or my child, do not have to participate in any activity that I do not feel is in my/his/her best interest.
Photographs and Video
I understand that Easely Art Studio reserves the right to photograph or video individuals present in these events, classes, and throughout the studio. Photography and video taken on premises may be used in a promotional capacity including but not limited to print materials, web site, print, social media, online or out of home media and other medium now or later developed.
