ABOUT OUR KIDS PAINTING PARTIES - WHAT TO EXPECT Book a party for your special occasion or event! These parties are great for kids birthday parties or family events with kids! Choose your featured painting and an art instructor will lead while everyone follows along to create the same painting. You will get guided, step by step instructions from a blank or outlined image on canvas, and love what you create! No art experience required, anyone can paint! We come to your location, whether it is a private residence or public venue. All art supplies are included, recommended ages 8-12. WHAT'S INCLUDED: -All art supplies -Medium canvas (9x12) -Step by step instructions (2 hours) -Outlined image on canvas (optional) -All painters learn the same image -Travel to your location PRICING INFO: Parties are priced per person, with a minimum cost of 8 painters. Mileage fees are applied for location beyond 10 miles of our studio. A deposit is required to book, and goes towards your total cost. The remainder of the cost will be paid the day of the party, depending on how many actually attend. Members receive 15% off, applied the day of the party. Please let us know about your membership rate when submitting the remainder of the payment. *Please note: Offsite events (Mobile Parties) require extra planning and resource availability, and are subject to approval before any booking is finalized. When your booking request and payment are received, we will check the availability of our staff for your event before confirming. Please indicate if you are flexible on your day/time, some accommodations may need to be made in order to successfully book your mobile event.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen! If you are unable to host your private party, please notify our staff at (801) 810-7048, and we will work with you to reschedule your party at a future date, and will keep your info and payment on file for next time. Due to limited availability, we cannot offer any refunds for party cancellations. Parties cancelled less than 7 days before their scheduled time will also forfeit the deposit. Please make every effort to inform us of your cancellation before the day of your party. If you cancel your party and do not set up for a future date, we cannot return the deposit. This includes cancellations due to Covid exposure, inclement weather, traffic, guest cancellations or any other last minute schedule changes. Please note: if you are booking a party with a minimum requirement, and your final guest count comes to less than 8 painters, we can still host your party but we will charge the minimum price for 8 painters.
